Well. I remember hearing Eric Clapton’s “Old Love” when I was about ten years old and
making the decision to pick up a guitar. A few years later, I remember hearing Jeff Buckley’s
“Lover, You Should’ve Come Over” and deciding I wanted to start singing.

So. I began listening to a heavy combination of Jeff Buckley, Elliott Smith, The Beatles,
and Radiohead and decided I wanted to start writing my own songs. I would sit alone in my
bedroom for years playing these songs to myself.

Next. I played my first solo show with original songs at a coffee shop in Mansfield,
Pennsylvania. I then decided to make an EP of 5 original songs with the help of my friend
and fellow songwriter, Tom Dalton.

Then. During the course of recording the EP, I wrote 4 new songs which would take the
place of the original 5. The EP would be called No Disasters, which was a mantra that Tom
and I adopted to prevent ourselves from, well, giving up.

Now. I live in Seattle, WA where I’m writing and recording new songs for my first full length album (release date: TBD).

Finally. Hard copies of my EP can be “purchased” for whatever you feel like paying (if
nothing, then so be it (thanks, Radiohead.)). Contact me on my MySpace and let me know if
you’d like a copy.

Thanks for listening.
